BMW E46 3 Series Wheels

The E46 3 Series is often called the last great BMW sports sedan -- the generation with the hydraulic steering rack, the near-perfect 50/50 weight distribution, and a chassis that set the benchmark for driving dynamics that modern electric power steering still cannot fully replicate. The standard E46 -- 318i, 320i, 323i, 325i, 328i, and 330i -- uses a 5x120 bolt pattern with a 74.1-millimeter center bore, the same fitment architecture as the M3 of the same generation but with different offset requirements. The factory wheels were 16-inch or 17-inch cast units, with the 330i ZHP receiving 18-inch forged wheels. A modern forged monoblock wheel set upgrades the unsprung mass across the entire range.

The E46's fitment requires precision offset that accounts for the double-pivot front suspension, the multi-link rear suspension, and the fender clearance under compression. The rear wheels tuck inward at the top under load, which constrains the rear offset. Our offset is measured on a real E46 330i chassis through the full steering and suspension range, with the correct 74.1-millimeter hub bore for hub-centric fitment. No spacers. No centering rings. The wheels clear the factory brake calipers across the standard E46 model range.
