The Z3 Roadster and Coupe -- the E36/7 and E36/8 chassis codes -- were BMW's return to the two-seat roadster formula, launched in 1995 and produced through 2002 across the 1.9, 2.3, 2.5, 2.8, and 3.0 engine variants. The Z3 gained fame as James Bond's car in GoldenEye and has since become a beloved modern classic with a passionate enthusiast following. The standard Z3 uses a 5x120 bolt pattern with a 72.6-millimeter hub bore, shared with the E36 and E39 era BMWs but with Z3-specific offset requirements. The factory wheels were 15-inch through 17-inch cast units. A forged monoblock upgrade brings modern unsprung weight savings to this lightweight chassis.
The Z3's fitment is specific to its narrow body and sporty suspension geometry. The front uses a strut-based suspension, and the rear uses the semi-trailing arm design that changes camber under compression -- the rear offset must account for the top of the wheel tucking inward under load. The offset must clear the sport brake packages on the 2.8 and 3.0 models while sitting correctly within the Z3's compact arches. Our offset is measured on a real Z3 3.0 Roadster chassis through the full steering and suspension range, with the correct 72.6-millimeter hub bore for hub-centric fitment. No spacers. No centering rings.
Forged 6061-T6 aluminum monoblock. Available in 16-inch for a period-correct profile, 17-inch for the 3.0 sport stance, or 18-inch for a restomod upgrade. Custom spoke design -- a classic mesh that echoes the era's BMW design language, a split-spoke, or a modern multi-spoke. Brushed, polished, hyper silver, satin black, bronze, gold, or custom color. The Z3's light weight means every kilogram of unsprung mass removed is felt through the steering wheel. Machined or laser-etched logo. Private-label packaging. Your Spec. Our Factory.
