The E36 3 Series was BMW's first modern compact sports sedan -- the generation that introduced the now-ubiquitous multi-link rear suspension, aluminum front suspension, and a chassis balance that established the blueprint for every BMW that followed. The standard E36 -- 318i, 320i, 323i, 325i, and 328i -- uses a 4x100 bolt pattern, distinct from the 5x120 of the E36 M3. The factory wheels were 15-inch or 16-inch cast units. A forged monoblock wheel set upgrades the unsprung mass while preserving the ride and handling characteristics that make the E36 such a beloved platform.
The 4x100 fitment requires offset precision specific to the standard E36 chassis. The front strut housing, the rear trailing arm, and the fender clearance all constrain the offset range. The E36's multi-link rear suspension changes camber and toe under compression, which means the rear offset must account for the top of the wheel tucking inward under load. Our offset is measured on a real E36 328i chassis through the full steering and suspension range, with the correct 57.1-millimeter center bore for hub-centric fitment. No spacers. No centering rings.
Forged 6061-T6 aluminum monoblock. Available in 16-inch for a period-correct profile, 17-inch for a modern upgrade with contemporary tire options, or 18-inch for a restomod stance. Custom spoke design -- a mesh that echoes the classic E36 M3 double-spoke look, a split-spoke, or a modern multi-spoke. Brushed, polished, hyper silver, satin black, gloss gunmetal, bronze, or custom color. The E36 is one of the most tunable platforms of its era, and a forged wheel set is the first modification that improves every performance metric simultaneously. Machined or laser-etched logo.
