The GD WRX and STI's factory intake pulls air through a restrictive paper panel filter inside a plastic airbox that heat-soaks within minutes. On a tuned EJ20 or EJ25, the stock intake is the first bottleneck. This Air Intake Kit replaces the factory airbox with a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube and a high-flow cone filter -- more air, sharper turbo spool, and a deeper boxer induction note.
