The GR and GV WRX and STI share the same EJ25 turbo engine with the same intake problem: a restrictive paper panel filter inside a plastic airbox that limits airflow before the turbo even spools. This Air Intake Kit replaces the factory airbox with a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube and a high-flow cone filter -- sharper throttle, faster spool, and the deep boxer induction note the factory spent serious money to suppress.
